Nut Crunch Bites

1. Turn on oven to 350F.
2. Combine almonds, cashews, and pecans on a baking tray. Do not put in oven until syrup starts cooking.
3. Combine brown rice syrup, coconut sugar, and sea salt in a pot. Once you start cooking the syrup, put nuts in the oven. Cook syrup until it reaches 275F, then turn off heat, and take nuts out of the oven. Nuts should be in the oven for approximately 10 minutes. Nuts must be warm before combining with syrup.
4. Pour nuts into the cooked syrup. Mix until thoroughly combined.
5. Pour the syrup and nuts out on a greased baking sheet. Pat down into one even layer.
6. When warm to the touch, score into 1-inch squares. Or cut into larger bars.
7. When cooled, break into squares.
