This fall caramel dip is so rich and decadent. It starts with a base of cream cheese with fresh caramel poured over top. A secret if you are short on time - use your favorite store-bought caramel! The cute little pumpkin is oven safe, so you can pop the whole thing in your oven to warm up and mix together.

Instructions

1. Place cream cheese in the bottom of an oven-safe pumpkin or serving dish.
2. To make fresh caramel: Combine the whole milk, heavy cream, baking soda, sugar, and corn syrup in a heavy-duty pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil until the temperature reaches 234F, about 10 minutes.
3. Pour hot caramel overtop the cream cheese and stir together to combine. Place in the fridge until firm.
4. If using store-bought caramel: Pour the caramel over the cream cheese and then put the pumpkin in a warm oven until you are able to stir the two items together. Refrigerate until firm.
5. Serve with your favorite dippers!
