Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Bark Bites

Melt the white almond bark and creamy peanut butter together until the mixture is fluid. Pour the melted mixture into an 8x8 inch parchment-lined dish. Let it set up until solid; you can place it in the fridge to speed up this process, but it's not strictly necessary. Once solid, use a cookie cutter to cut the bark into desired shapes. Melt additional chocolate. Dip the bottom of each shape into the melted chocolate and allow it to set before fully dipping the entire shape in chocolate. A chocolate drizzle is not necessary but adds a pretty touch.
