Bequet Cherry Caramel Crumble Cookie Pizza

Preheat oven to 350°F. Press the sugar cookie dough into a 16-inch pizza pan and bake for 12 minutes. While the cookie bakes, prepare the crumble: In a bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup cold unsalted butter (cubed), ½ tsp ground cinnamon, and ¼ tsp salt. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to mix until crumbly. Once the cookie base is baked, spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the warm cookie. Cut half of the Bequet sweet cherry caramels in half and arrange them over the cherries. Sprinkle the prepared crumble mixture over the cherry and caramel layer. Finally, add the remaining whole caramels on top of the crumble. Bake for an additional 20–25 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the caramels are soft. Let cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
